HDV ImmuneSelect Peptide Pool Premium​

Hepititis D virus (HDV) ImmuneSelect peptide pool is composed of 26 peptides derived from the Large delta antigen (UniProt:P29996)

The peptides include both MHC-I and MHC-II epitopes and the purity of each peptide is ≥90% (HPLC-MS).

The in vitro stimulation of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) with HDV virus ImmuneSelect Peptide Pool activates memory T cells specific to the virus, leading to cytokine secretion and the increased expression of specific surface markers.
