Description
Pseudomonas aeruginosa ImmuneSelect peptide pool is composed of 44 peptides derived from the following proteins:
- Exotoxin A (UniProt:P11439)
- Oligopeptide transporter
- OPT family (UniProt:Q9HX82)
The peptides include both MHC-II epitopes and the purity of each peptide is ≥90% (HPLC-MS).
Application
The in vitro stimulation of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) with P. aeruginosa ImmuneSelect Peptide Pool activates memory T cells specific to the virus, leading to cytokine secretion and the increased expression of specific surface markers.
